By booking a trailer or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license to rent and operate our equipment. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our services.

3. Renter Responsibilities

As a renter, you agree to the following:

  • Lawful Use: You will use the rented dump trailer for its intended, lawful purpose and in full compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Equipment Care: You are fully responsible for the dump trailer during your rental period. This includes protecting it from theft, damage (beyond normal wear and tear), and misuse. You are financially responsible for any damages, losses, or traffic violations incurred.
  • Account Security: If an account is created, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Our total liability to you for any cause whatsoever will be limited to the amount you paid for the rental service.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your rental agreement shall be resolved in the state courts located in Polk County, Florida.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel your booking at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
